Like it basically shows every flaw I dislike about the game so far.įorced-group dailies/weeklies that almost nobody runs and also you have to do timed-events which is something not everybody can do if they have real life commitments happening only once a day where you need to get skill pages to upgrade your ultimate skills and also to complete these challenges. There are just so many awful design ideas that only as you level up you actually get to experience them fully. there is explanation for that.In fortress siege trebs are very far from fortress,they have bigger range than archers.Anyway thing that spoils fun is : why should cavalry run under walls if they cannot damage it ,why dont they stay at safe range. The truth is that doing these challenges have been a real turnoff for me to actually bother investing more time and also money into this game. ![]() Just give me a lobby system until they implemented all of this correctly with proper matchmaking and at least 3-4 options for people to complete these timed-events. I wish they'd simply scrap all of this crap and come with something better just from that foundation they have. a load of siege rams (if your civ can upgrade too them that is) taking down a castle requires more micro management and skill then unpacking 4 trebs miles away and letting them auto destroy the building) - however, those are just my own. A lot of screwed up system designs thrown together when the core concept of siege/field battles are so solid. Sure I don't approve of Trebs myself due to my personal feelings on what is skill and what isn't (e.g. I swear if gear progression, weekly quests, these rebel camps and timed events weren't so badly implemented I'd be absolutely hooked into this game. I hope the game doesn't force me so much into having to buy premium to use units past silver era. The total number of spaces provided by the wall is split evenly between Wall Defense and Field Defense. The level of the wall determines how many spaces are available for defensive units. Are you kinda forced to complete weeklies expecting help from house mates in this game? It was my first week and I joined a "Public house" where nobody ever talks and I was forced to be in it for 7 days.ĭon't get me wrong - I absolutely love the siege battles and field battles so far. Battering ram respawns so you can farm all 3 siege engines this way.
